**Reading all is incredibly important**
Unless you have been accepted and have filled out the shop agreement form, you can not purchase these spaces.
You will be refunded minus a processing fee as a penalty for purchasing a vendor space without permission and you will not be invited back.
**Do not use discount codes when checking out**
You can purchase as many months as you'd like while you're an accepted vendor.
Add which type of vendor space you'd like to the cart.
If you're purchasing multiple months, add the correct amount.
Leave in the notes which months you are purchasing.
You'll be added in to the months selected and will be contacted with the move in information.
You can not purchase NOV AND DEC months at regular rate
The important thing to note is if you are month to month, it is your responsibility to purchase the following month if you're carrying over.
Spaces need to be paid for 30 days in advance.
If you are a new vendor and you are moving in within the next month, you should be purchasing 2 months.
If you can't give appropriate notice, you will not be asked back and if you don't give appropriate notice- one month of rent will be deducted from your final payout. **Payouts are held if rent is not up to date**
(The amount of work created for unexpected and minimal notice exits, is extremely stressful)
